Your answers to the questions
The questions about your passports, family, education, career and salary are processed in your own browser to show your results. We do not store or receive these answers. If you request a session, we receive only what you type into that form.

What we never ask for
We do not ask for passport numbers, identity numbers, bank details or your current immigration status. Please do not send these to us.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, take bookings and payments, and send email: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), [booking tool], [payment provider] and [email provider]. They process data only on our instructions. Some may store data outside the EU and EEA; where they do, we rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with employers, recruiters or immigration advisers unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and session notes for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep payment and accounting records for as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it to be transferred to you or another service. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [contact email] to use any of these rights. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se, or to the data protection authority where you live.
